User Conference 2015 Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your conference registration, the following refund schedule will be applicable: (i) cancellations received before May 15, 2015 will be refunded less a 10% administrative fee; (i) cancellations received on or between May 15 and May 31, 2015 will be refunded 50% of the pre-paid conference fee; and (iii) cancellations received on or after June 1, 2015 will not be eligible for any refunds. Refunds will be granted by a Hedge Trackers check. If for any reason the Conference should be cancelled, Hedge Trackers will refund the full registration fee within 90 days from the date of the conference cancellation.
